The Senior Citizens Handbook, jointly published by the Senior Citizens and Public Relations departments of Thiruvananthapuram YMCA, was released by Padma Shri Dr. M.R. Rajagopal, Director of Trivandrum Institute of Palliative Studies. The first copy was presented to Mr. Babu K. Mathew, former President.
